Hello Everyone,
First of all, I want to thank everyone who took time from their busy schedule
to answer my questions about charging clients.
I am about to accept a contracting position for a small-start up company that
manufactures outdoor sporting games. Before I accept this assignment, I need
to draw up a contract. What conditions should I spell out in the contract?
Should the contract be written on a special form? If so, where could I obtain
it?
