If you can spring it, I would also recommend Stephen Covey's
books and tapes (7 Habits, etc.). They help you learn how to
understand and deal with 'imperfect' people and less-than-perfect
situations, learning how to make win-win situations, and a lot of
other good life lessons for business, family, etc.
