I need to write up a quick letter of agreement for a
small project I'm doing: basically, it will outline
the scope of the project and payment terms. My client
has requested that I add a non-disclosure statement,
and I'm coming up blank. Does anyone have a standard
non-disclosure agreement that they'd be willing to
share?
