Amen, I couldn't agree more! Finally! These types of issues are what I
though this list serv was all about. Perhaps it will get back to that soon.
As she has pointed out, I have many times posted to this list, and seldom do
I get the thought-provoking, informative responses that I thought I would
get from professional technical communicators. Instead, there is way too
much whining about tools.
