Well, there was the internship candidate who confessed to collecting assault
weapons as a hobby.
Then there was the experienced tech writer who told me he enjoyed building
empires. I didn't particularly mind this, but when I asked him how he felt
about building my empire rather than his own, he had no good answer.
Another experienced tech writer rambled on about all the problems she had
dealing with those pesky folks in engineering. I thought she'd do better
writing something other than API docs for a living.
