Hi,
I'd like to make Acrobat files open to the right of the screen
(preferrably with a 3 1/2" x 11" paper size so they'll be long and
narrow). Is there any way to do this? I'd like it best if it could
originate with a Frame (5.5.6) marker.
BTW, I'm using Solaris Frame with v3.1 Distiller.
