Hmm, well copyright doesn't limit anyone's access, of course. I do know
someone whose site has some kind of restrictions on it, which surprised me.
The site is at http://www.kipar.org/galleries_1660e.html
Yes yes, it's 17th century portraits and engravings used as a costume
resource. I do have another life, you know. Anyway, try a right click on
any of the pictures and you get a message that says that function is
disabled. Aparently, that's all right-click functions, not just copying.
Of course, the owner has been a bit too clever in this case. Each of the
pictures is a thumbnail you can click on to open larger in another window.
And that one isn't protected. :)
Perhaps you can track down the owner (her name is Nicole Kipar but at the
moment I can't find the email address) or the designer.
Cheers!

That's the beauty of the web: free transfer of information <vbg>.
Seriously, the only way I know of is to post copyright notices all over, use
a watermark in your images, pursue violations, and perhaps copyright the
whole site so you can limit who has access to copying the stuff.
Best regards,
Sean
