It's fairly illustrative of the problems that a simple View->Source tells
you both how the right-clicking was disabled AND what the actual file
names are, should you care to open them directly.
John, I hate to tell you this, but I think you're just plain out of luck.
If it's on the Web, it can be taken. Sometimes it takes a little more
resourcefulness than other times, but it can be taken.
