Dianne Blake wondered <<What does a superscripted "SM" Mean?>>

As others have told you, it's a "service mark", which is effectively a
trademark that applies to the name of a service rather than the name of a
tangible product. I'm not aware that there's any functional difference
between the two, or that people always honor that hypothetical difference in
their marketing material (e.g., I've seen lots of trademarked slogans, which
are patently not tangible items), but for what it's worth...

"Technical writing... requires understanding the audience, understanding
what activities the user wants to accomplish, and translating the often
idiosyncratic and unplanned design into something that appears to make
sense."--Donald Norman, The Invisible Computer
