Thanks, Tom, for your response. I am so used to learning hows and whys on
this list, I was genuinely confused about whether I should be answering that
question, whether I would be skewing the results. I, too, would be
interested in finding out what people would use if they had a choice.
As for the product marketing query, in one of my previous jobs as a tech
writer, I took these types of polls. Guess I just slipped into déjà vu land
in a mad moment on a Monday after a long weekend. That's all. I meant no
offense to the Rays.

Barb, I'm gonna guess that the Rays are not doing any
product marketing survey. I, too, use MS Word, though
I would not if it was not mandated by my organization.
I think it will be interesting to see what people are
using, especially as contrasted with what we might
choose to use if we had the choice.
