Ahhh. GP-Forth. (Golden Porcupine Software).
It's not an application, it's a language. Forth is a stack-based language
that's kind of cute; been around for a couple of decades, IIRC.
Looks like it's popular in Russia, but not many other places. Probably
because it's written by a Russian: Alexandr Larionov. At least the only
references I can find to it are russian:
