I have been approached by a client that manufactures equipment used by the
semiconductor industry. Their equipment must meet the requirements of SEMI
S2 certification. This certification has documentation requirements
associated with it. Does anyone have any links or resources about the
documentation requirements for this?? Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
