Turning on field codes would work: press Alt+F9. Also, check out Links (from
the Edit menu, I think) and see if they appear there. However, if she didn't
send you the files in addition to the Word doc, you won't be able to open
'em this way. You can just click on them, click Copy, then Paste them into a
graphics program, if that's what you want them for.
