There's a great book out on Web based learning that you might
find useful. I'm in the process of developing an education program
that will be made available over the Internet and I refer to it
constantly. The book's name is "Web-Based Training Cookbook"
written by Brandon Hall and published by Wiley (ISBN 0-471-18021-1)
There is a whole section on tools, and the book includes a CD-ROM
with links to additional sources of info. My copy is getting a bit
tattered and torn it's being used so much.
Hope this is helpful to those interested in e-learning
