Am I correct that in RoboHelp 2000's HTML Help, you must manually enter
each of the names of topics you want considered for context sensitive
help? In WinHelp, you can click a checkbox that that generates all of
this and the resulting *.h file automatically, but it appears that in
HTML Help this is not the case.
