How much time do you spend on professional
development (training, conferences, self-study,
etc.)?

Interesting question. I never thought about how many
hours I spend. I think on average I spend about an
hour a day... depending on what you call "self-study"
that number may dramatically increase.
I have a question to go along with the poll:
Given other people's responses, do you feel you're
behind the ball or ahead of the game?
Warning: This could be a trick question.
