I think asking JavaHelp to handle standard HTML is fair enough. Most of the
problems I've run into are listed as known issues of the current release of
JavaHelp. It's a new technology, and the bugs have definitely not all been
shaken out of it yet. Yes, of course, RoboHELP's JavaHelp output is
terrible. But it isn't the whole problem.
