RoboHelp printed doc

RoboHelp 2000: we're trying to use Single Source to create printed doc that
includes our master TOC. Robohelp does not seem able to include the master
TOC in the printed doc. Their manual is singularly uninformative about this
issue. Anybody have any words of wisdom on this?
