I just started a new job, and I'm trying to orient myself with the way the
Help project has been previously set up. Although there are a number of
issues that I have problems with, there is one particular bug that our QA
dept. has caught, and it has me stumped. I just wanted to see if anyone has
experienced this before:
Basically, the problem happens when you are using the Index or Search
features of the compiled Help files. When you click on certain words in the
Index/Search frame, the Help file closes altogether. I have suspicions that
the pop-ups haven't been executed properly, but I'm not sure. Does any of
this sound familiar?
