Subject:Problems with FullShot on NT 4.0 From:Karen Casemier <karen -dot- casemier -at- provia -dot- com> To:"'TECHWR-L -at- LISTS -dot- RAYCOMM -dot- COM'" <TECHWR-L -at- LISTS -dot- RAYCOMM -dot- COM> Date:Mon, 2 Oct 2000 09:13:29 -0400
Are any of you using FullShot on NT? I'm having a problem saving certain
types of screen capture to .gif format. I'm capturing screens on a terminal
emulator; if I capture an entire screen, I can save to .gif no problem.
However, if I capture a partial screen (or if I capture a whole screen and
crop it), there is something wrong with the resulting .gif (it is not
recognized as a valid file by RoboHTML, and it does not display at all in my
browser - just a big black box).
Any suggestions? I don't have any problems with .jpg, but I would prefer to
use .gif files, as the quality is better.
