I am a Technical Communication student working on a
proposal for a class assignment. My school is
considering dividing a tech comm course called
"Document Production" into two courses, one of which
would focus on print documents and the other on
on-screen document production. My team is researching
what the on-screen document production class should
include.
Do any of you in the field have suggestions for what
such a course should cover to prepare students for the
real world? The archives were full of educational
philosophy but short on specifics...
Thanks in advance!
