A few days ago I tried to see if anyone was starting to standardize "Web
site" vs. "Website." I checked on Microsoft.com and found it listed with
caps and without, and as one word or as two, even on the same page.
Next I went to the Yale online style guide
(http://info.med.yale.edu/caim/manual/contents.html in case you don't have
the bookmark), and Yale consistently uses "Web site," with "Web" capitalized
and "site" always written as a separate word. (same convention goes for "Web
page") Also, Yale, along with most sources I have seen for some time,
capitalize "Internet."
