Sorry, but unless someone out there knows more than I do about this topic, no
you cannot delete or rename built-in styles. You can create new styles and
show only "styles in use." But if you're creating templates for others,
those others can always figure out how to see "all styles" if they want.
If, on the other hand, someone knows how to delete those pesky styles, I too
would like in on the secret.
Here, the style is to use only 3 heading levels, but you know how users are:
if it's there, it will be used. (note the lowercase i in if)
