How is the above a violation of civil rights? If your
employer thinks you were hited to do "X" and you think
you were hired to do "Y", it's just a
misunderstanding.
If I ran a fast food joint, and I hired a burger
flipper, and through some miraculous misunderstanding
he grabs a headset and heads to the take-out window,
and I yell at him to get back to the burgers, is that
a violation of his civil rights? Or is that a manager
trying to run a shift the way it was intended,
regardless of what the burger flipper thought?
