I have just started a 6-week online course from online-learning.com. It's
too early to give the course a definitive good/bad review, but so far it's
ok (not outstanding --the first of weekly chat session was chaotic and not
very productive). Before starting the course I read Sams "teach yourself
XML in 21 days," which gave me a good jump start for the course.
