This isn't very imaginative, but on-site daycare would be good for me,
especially when we're close to deadline. Of course, this would require that
my seven-year-old be shuttled from school to my workplace, as well.

It was suggested here, but we rejected the idea because we felt this would
create problems with people who have allergies or who are sensitive to
odors. Or are you suggesting a staffed facility for pet day care?

We get lunch delivered irregularly (but often enough). Sometimes it's a
simple as [good] pizza for a team or department lunch. Sometimes it's
overage from a customer meeting. Sometimes it's a catered breakfast prior to
a company meeting. Sometimes it's a
what-the-hell-let's-buy-lunch-for-everyone thing. Sometimes we go out to
lunch on the company (as a team or department). A couple of weeks ago, the
company footed the bill for lunch at an Indian restaurant to celebrate
Diwali (a cross-cultural event in which we Anglos learned a bit about the
home culture of some of our Asian coworkers).

Well, the local dry cleaner picks up and delivers. Does that count?
