Is anybody else working today?
I've got a nice, straightforward Word document that I need to deliver in
PDF format. The Word TOC is not showing up as bookmarks in the PDF doc
navigation pane.
I've never had a problem with this before. It has always worked correctly
with whatever default settings I've used, so I don't really know what to
check for. Can't find anything relevant in the Acrobat 4 or Word online
help (why am I not surprised?).

Anybody home?
Any suggestions?
Or do I devote my entire day to creating each bookmark by hand in Acrobat
