vast majority of STC's other 23,000 members perceive it.
You're likely right, mainly because nobody who agreed with Andrew is likely to remain one of those 23,000 members. That's similar to saying "In our survey of newly-approved residential mortgage recipients, 99% thought home purchases are a great idea."
You may still be right about the STC in general, but the fact that most STC members agree with you does not help the rest of us determine what "corresponds to reality."
