Dan...there's a few problems with this.
1) For me to take a whole day to interview, it would cost me over
$500 which I don't get paid for as a contractor.
2) Right now, there are so many position out there to choose from
that I don't have to work that hard to get an offer.
3) For real work, I get real money. There's no upsaide on my part to
do this process.

Well, I guess they like the process...a full day's work with no pay.
Shoot...I'd interview a different person every day!

Personaly, I could care less if they get all warm and fuzzy. In
today's job market, it is me who is being interviewed who is
determining if "I want to work there". 8 times out of 10, I'll get
the offer...I just may turn it down.
