"Woody's Office Watch" weekly e-zine has a  column on this subject. It's
under  "Point of Law" as this is slightly geared towards setting up
templates for people in a legal office - but is mostly applicable to other
environments.

I think it was about a year ago that they first started the "Point of Law"
column, although the e-zine has been around longer. I don't think every
issue has "Point of Law".
