Hmmmm:

I would have thought calling Adobe would have gotten you one. Try an Adobe
reseller, such as http://www.highsoft.com. Also, the Windows version of the
FrameMaker 5.5 demo is on the CD in the back of the book "FrameMaker 5.5.6
for Dummies," by Sarah O'Keefe.
