Sure! After all, sometimes you never know what the root cause is.
Short story. I was contracting at a company where I got a request
from the drafting department for a short procedure manual for his
draftpeople. Seems, they weren't following procedures and drawings
were getting lost.
While doing the research, I discover that one of the steps was that
the draftpeople were to print out a 18"X"24 (C size) reporoduction
and place it in a storage container next to the lead draftsman for
review and approval.
When I saw the storage container, I happen to remark that it looked
like a trash can. You could have cut the silence with a dull butter
knife.
Seems I wasn't the only one. The cleaning service, which came in
twice a week, also saw the container as a trash can.
