No, she was asking for a specific way to do a task, I just thought, why not
suggest a software that does this. If you download the trialware version of
the software, she's cut out having to open the graphic in paint, edit it,
using Snagit is one step, and if she's doing image capture a lot, then,
she's already saved herself some time.

My advice was for using what software and methods Martha already had. Why
download something unless there is no other way to do the job, or if you
already have it in mind to buy?
