>From what I have heard, seen and experienced, this category is the main
(sometimes the only) reason that users access documentation. If everything
goes as expected, they just admire how intuitive the interface is.
How many of us avoid looking at the documentation until something we did not
expect happens or we cannot find something that we expected would be there?
