Furthermore, even with a Logitech mouse and the latest Logitech
drivers, WinNT still does funny things to the wheel scroll action. That
said, I can scroll with the wheel in Framemaker (5.5) but it's not a
very smooth scroll.

it. I don't regularly use a mouse like you describe, but I have had
occasion
to plug them in and, when I have done so, the wheel has worked as
advertised
with FrameMaker 6.
