Hi
May I ask a favor?
I'm faced with the prospect of creating training documents, which I
personally haven't done for several years. All the books I have just don't
cut it as well as I believe a couple nice samples would.
If anyone here has a sample/example of a decent training document (in MSWod,
if possible), could I possibly get a copy of it?
Also, if anyone knows of some great resources for info on ISD--books, sites,
even samples--I'd appreciate that also.
Anything would help!
