Are you aware of any articles about Feedback pages on websites? eg What do
people want? What words do they recognise as an invite to give feedback?
What can you get wrong in setting up this facility?

Are you aware of any articles about complaints forms of websites? ie where
people can complain about your company or a third party?

Do people understand what a button "Talk to us" means on a website? ie a
page where all ways of communicating with us are given. Should all
invitations to communicate with a company be merged onto one button?
