PDF to RTF extraction (Anybody have any experience with Iceni's G emini?)

Hey everyone,
I'm looking into ways to facilitate PDF to Word conversions, so that one of
our national companies can translate parts of one of our manuals into their
own training manual (which is not an official release by the company as a
whole). We are accustomed to only releasing PDFs outside of our department
in order to ensure that text is not changed without our knowledge. If we
can find a way to effectively extract all the text/graphics out of a PDF
into a RTF/DOC file, it would allow us to avoid sending the source file out
of our department.
Just curious if anyone has any experience with an Acrobat Plugin by Iceni
called Gemini? I've had surprisingly decent results with the demo, and was
curious if anyone has bought the plug-in and had good/bad experiences?
