Why do I have to continue to demonstrate my competence and why does
taking minutes desmonstrate that?
I AM competent and it is evident in my conduct, working ethics, and
professionalism. If in the middle of project, you are still proving
your competence, then you aren't and have already proven it in
previous situations and if taking minutes is the only way you have to
prove it, then you are lacking in all of the other areas where it is
important.
