The management wants me to come up with different user documentation
standards, for example, what are the second names for user guide, reference
manuals, administration manual, installations manual, enviornment &
Architecture manuals, Features manual , Troubleshooting manual...etc.
To define new standards i need to know what is new and if they are known
with different names in the industry.
