The software itself may be intuitive, but it's possible to have intuitive
software that enables the user to perform non-intuitive tasks. For instance,
if you're using the hand-held as a terminal to configure a larger piece of
equipment, the software may use pretty checkboxes to make choosing easier,
but you'll still need to document the consequences of the choices.
