Hello:
I'm producing HTML Help and notice that some of my first level index entries
are being dropped when I compile the help. When I examine the index in the
Index tab in HTML Help Workshop, the index looks fine. So before compiling,
the index looks OK; after compiling, some entries are dropped. No error
messages appear when I compile.
I suspect this is a bug in HTML Help Workshop. Is there a workaround for
this problem?
