Be honest and fair.  And do the math...  Count in the benefits - they're
like money into your pocket, and money out of theirs.  Also consider the
employment tax.  Botom line, they have the advantage of house rules when
you do the math, because they spend less than you save on benefits.  So
what?  Be honest and fair.
