Same here. The 5 writers in my department were all let loose last
week. The company found a position for 2 of them, but not after
they had a chance to read their severance package. The "funny"
thing is I'm the newest one in the group -- by years in most cases.
One problem where I'm at is TW is practically non-existent so when
jobs are lost, they mean a lot. I keep watching the stock ticker and
wonder just how low can it go before we wither and blow away....
