I used to work in the allied health care field, and professional liability
insurance was common. Sometimes the hospital would provide it, sometimes
people would buy it on their own, and sometimes people bought their own
because they didn't trust the hospital's plan to protect their interests
before the hospital's interests.
Does anyone, either captive employee or contractor, use some type of
professional liability insurance for their TW work? Anyone have any horror
stories? What is a TWs legal liability if they screw up the instructions and
somebody gets hurt, or a business loses revenue?
