reliever, and Kleenex with their tissues. It's because of the potential
loss of business to competitors (the danger that 'any aspirin will do') that
companies are so strict about correct usage.
I've even heard that it's become an issue with a major deliver service
because everybody is saying, "Hey, could you FedEx this for me?"
