Assuming that your bold character format is called "Bold," format as follows:

See <Bold>\`<$paratext>\'<Default ¶ Font> on page\ <$pagenum>.

All of your character styles, plus building blocks such as <$paratext>, appear
in the Building Blocks list box in the Edit Cross-Reference Format dialog box.
If you don't have a character format called Bold, you'll have to create one to
use the bold attribute in cross-references.
