Try this:
1. Copy the new template .fm file to a new name.
2. Open the newly-named file.
3. Switch to Master Pages view.
4. Delete all of the pages except the one you want to import into
the other template .fm files. (Alt+S, D)
5. For each of the other templates:
a. Open the file.
b. Import page layouts from the template that only has the new
page in it.
c. Save and close the file.
