Re: non-Adobe prog. for editing others' PDFs?
Not long ago someone gave a URL for a company whose software allows opening
and editing others' PDFs. I know the info is in the Techwhirl archive but I
cannot find it a-tall. The program is not associated with Adobe--it is not
a plug-in for Acrobat.
Can someone help?
