Well said, Bill.

The job is not about tools, the job is about ability to write, learn,
interview, and grasp the concepts of what you are documenting. Getting good
work done is the priority.

There is more than one way to skin a cat, and more than one tool for the
job. Get a job that gives you writing experience and, as an afterthought,
tool experience. Take advantage of training on tools. Pay attention to
industry trends, attend a few conferences and workshops and training. Build
your knowledge and skills and toolsets as you advance with your employer or
change jobs as needed.

Cheers,

Sean
